Luciano Varela Ramil
Doubles Bass and Vocals

Double bass player from A Coruña (Galicia). He obtained his Bachelor on Classical Double bass at Castilla y León Conservatory (Spain). Besides this academic path Luciano kept his strong, diverse roots he acquired through years spent performing in the streets, what took him to participate in different projects, classical and modern, throughout Europe and Asia. During his time studying classical music in Castilla y León he participated in many Sessions with Latin and Jazz musicians, what discovered him new paths to new styles. All this experiences are the reason he decided to go deep into modern music. In the last years, he was studying Jazz Double Bass at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and he is currently studying Latin Jazz in CODARTS, Rotterdam.


Fernán Mejuto Vázquez
Accordion, Keys and Vocals

Vibraphone player from A Coruña (Galicia). He finished his studies on Classical Percussion at the Conservatory of A Coruña and is
currently studying Jazz Vibraphone at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague.
He grew up musically in an alternative way, developing his skills in a rock/funk/ska environment playing with many different bands.
That is pretty important because it was in this path that he learned piano and accordion, instruments he is able to play with confidence so he can keep on moving.


Guillermo Martín Viana
Drums and Cajón

Born in Sevilla (Spain) in 1995, Guillermo Marín Viana started playing drums at the age of eleven, strongly influenced by his father, a guitar and double bass player. After a few years playing in all sort of musical situations (from Indie to Thrash Metal), Guillermo moves to Dublin (Ireland) to study at Newpark Music Centre where he spent two years with teachers like Ronan and Conor Guilfoyle or Matthew Jacobson. Once he obtained the Higher Certificate in Contemporary Music in Dublin, he decided to move to The Hague to continue his studies at The Royal Conservatoire, where he is currently studying jazz drums with Eric Ineke.


Emilio Trittto
Tenor Sax

Born and raised in Matera (Italy), Emilio started playing saxophone at the age of nine. Introduced from the very beginning to Jazz and improvised music in general, approaches performed music first with Ska and Reggae. He moves to The Hague in 2010, where he obtains his Bachelor and Master in Jazz music, and completes his musical experience spanning from traditional Jazz to Free and Contemporary music, Afrobeat, Salsa, Cumbia, and from 2018 the Wolrd Music of Mamihlapinatapai!


Alejandro Antiñolo Torres
Trombone

Born in Málaga(1989) and educated in classical music, he finished his studies in 2012 in the Conservatory in Málaga(Spain), then he moved to the Nederlands to follow a double bachelor degree in Jazz & Classical music. He has had lessons with the greatest trombone teachers around Europe like Gilles Milliere, Enrique Crespo, Pedro Pastor, Alexander Verbeek, Brandt Attema, Abbie Connan and with influential figures from the Jazz scene like Ilja Reijngoud, Bart van Lier, Bert Boeren and Andy hunter. He has been working with many different band and ensembles in different styles, Reagge, Rock, Soul, Latin, Jazz, Classical, comtemporary music, etc…


Álvaro Artime Jiménez
Trumpet

Álvaro was Born in Asturias (North-Spain) in 1997, and moved to Madrid in 2015 to study Classical Music Bachelor with teachers as Enrique Rioja and Manuel Blanco. In 2017 begins his jazz and modern music studies in an Erasmus exchange in Rotterdam (Netherlands), where he lives nowadays, studying with teachers as Jarmo Hoogendijk, Simon Rigter, and playing in different kinds of ensembles like the Codarts Big Band directed by Ilja Reijngoud or the Bob Sands Big Band.
